San Enrique band tilt champ

San Carlos City emerged champion in Best Festival Dance competition Monday, while San Enrique was first place in the Banda Dire, Banda Didto competition yesterday at Panaad sa Negros Festival in Bacolod City.

Other winners in the band competition were Valladolid - second place, Pontevedra – third, Talisay City – fourth, Bacolod City – fifth, Isabela – sixth, EB Magalona – seventh, Binalbagan – eight, Ilog – ninth, Sipalay City – tenth, Escalante City – eleventh and San Carlos City – twelfth.

Best Majorette was Cristel Maureen Mandal of Isabela and Best in Uniform was the Don Hilarion G. Gonzaga Memorial High School (Talisay City).

The first place winner won P50,000, second place – P40,000 and third place – P30,000.*
