The Bacolod City Water District said in a press release that no water supply and turbid water will be experienced in many areas due to frequent power supply interruption.

BACIWA also warns its consumers of unscrupulous person/s posing as BACIWA personnel, pretending to inspect their water connection, do maintenance work or collect payment of water bills.

For consumers' safety, they must always ask for proper identification or call BACIWA office at telephone nos. 433-4601 or 433-4602.

BACIWA has no field collectors.

Consumers must pay their bills at its office or to any accredited collecting agents listed at the back of their water bill, the press release said.*
