The Public Employment Service Office in Bacolod City is host to the special recruitment activity of Gerdin Agency for overseas jobs today and tomorrow at the 2nd Floor of the City Hall Building, Moises de la Cruz said yesterday.

De la Cruz said the agency is looking for applicants to work in Taiwan as care takers, factory workers, and domestic helpers.

Applicants do not need to have experience as long as they qualify for the job description given by the employers, he said.

He also said that those who finished vocational courses may also apply for the job and if possible, they showed prepare their passports.

They must bring their resume, transcript of records, diploma, and employment and training certificates. Applicants are also asked to come in decent attire. Slippers and shorts are not allowed, he added.

Meanwhile, the pre-registration for the May1 job fair will go on at the SM North Wing Lobby until tomorrow.

De la Cruz also encouraged all applicants, especially the fresh graduates, to join the job fair because the event will be participated in by local and overseas companies. *LTG
