Police Officer 2 Orlando Caporal, traffic investigator, identified those injured as Arnel Javier, 26, of Brgy. Paraiso and his passenger, Ronaldo Ambrocio, 33, of Brgy. Makiling, both of Sagay City, Negros Occidental.

Investigation showed that Javier’s motorcycle was heading north of Lacson Street, when it collided with the multi-cab driven by Jovito Sayson, 20, of Villarosa Street, Brgy. Sum-ag, which at that time, was heading west of Magsaysay Avenue.

Javier and Ambrocio were both rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Hospital.
