Bago hacienda gets electricity

The Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. and the government of Bago City, energized Hacienda Guba, Barangay Don Jorge L. Araneta, Bago City recently, its press release said.

The energization was pushed through despite strong winds and heavy rains with active participation and full support of the city government and the community, the press release said.

It was led by director for Bago City Jacinto Torres, field office manager Leomel Tambanillo, area engineer Oscar Duca and the firm's line crew, the press release also said.

Bago City Mayor Ramon Torres, Vice Mayor Nicholas Yulo, councilors Ruben Torres, Donald Alvarez, Ma. Josefa Matti, Rosario Gaudite, Bernadette Somcio, Allan Alunan and ABC President Noel Valenzuela attended the event, the press release added.*
