The NOHS bowling teams won the championship in three divisions of the “BCNHS/NOHS/DLNHS Triangular Bowlfest for Unity 2012 at the Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

The NOHS Class '82/86/89 partnership captured the title in the class A category, while NOHS Batch '85 and NOHS ‘70/71 Combined was champion in category B and C, respectively.

Seeded No.5, the NOHS '82 bowlers beat No.4 seed NOHS ‘73/74 in their first match in the up-the-ladder system, 547-540 to advance in the next round where they won over DLNHS '75. In the semifinals, the team beat BCNHS '89, 513-502.

Led by Cesar Sumaylo, the NOHS '82 team led Class A by defeating twice-to-beat and top qualifier BCHS '79 headed by Jingle Selomandin in two games.

In Class B, NOHS '85, led by Iran Pielago, beat top seed BCNHS '90 in the final match to bring home the title.

NOHS '97 settled for second runner-up, while NOHS Golden and BCHS '74 placed third and fourth, respectively.

In category C, Bonnie Ta-ala led -NOHS ‘70/71 prevailed over schoolmates NOHS '80 in the championship.

DLNHS '78 was second runner-up and BCHS '67 and NOHS '95 third and fourth runners-up.

Consolation prize winners were DLNHS ‘71/72/79 in Class A bracket, while DLNHS '73 and BCHS '68 led in bracket B and C contest.
