Senior Supts. Manuel Felix and Allan Guisihan, who both served as provincial police directors of Negros Occidental, assisted by Senior Supt. Wesley Barayuga, led the pinning of medals on the deserving policemen of Western Visayas, held during the traditional flag raising ceremony in Iloilo City.
