Screening for M. East jobs

A special recruitment will be held today by the Public Employment Service Office of Bacolod City with the Global Expertise recruitment agency for dairy plant workers, medical professionals, and skilled workers for Middle East.

Moises de la Cruz, PESO manager, said yesterday that the screening of applicants will be at 2nd Floor City Hall Building at Luzuriaga Street, Bacolod City.

The agency needs dairy plant workers like artificial insemination technicians, bottle feeding technicians, incubator operators, medical professionals like nurses, dentists, x-ray technicians, physical therapists, and hotel workers like waiters, butlers, and receptionist.

They also need skilled workers like heavy equipment operators, drivers for boat, trucks, and trailers, construction workers, sales personnel, and store keepers, de la Cruz said.

Next week will be the five-day SRA of OLM International for jobs in the Middle East countries starting Aug. 13 to 17 at PESO.

There will be employers’ interview after the screening. The agency needs domestic helpers and skilled workers, he said.

Applicants have to bring their passports, 2x2 pictures, resumes, transcript of records, training and employment certificates.

They are encouraged to wear decent attire during the interview, and wearing of shorts and slippers are not allowed.

He also called on all applicants to visit the PESO office for more details and requirements for the job openings abroad so that they can prepare their documents before the initial interview.*LTG
