The MassKara office of the Bacolod City government will start accepting application for kiosk rentals tomorrow, a press release from the city said.

About 132 kiosks around the plaza will be opened for operations during the MassKara Festival in October.

Kiosks operation will run from October 1 to 22.

Kiosk rental along San Juan Street will be at P12,000, along Gonzaga St. at P11,000, and along Gatuslao St. at P9,000, the press release said.

Applicants are required to bring their residence certificates (cedula), with their kiosk applications on a first come-first served basis, it added.

Applicants should visit the MassKara office as festival organizers will not entertain inquiries by phone.

The orientation for kiosk operators is set September 28 at the MassKara Hall of the Bacolod Government Center, the press release also said.*
