for skilled workers

A special recruitment activity for skilled workers for Saudi Arabia and Qatar will be held at the Public Employment Service Office in Bacolod City today.

Moises De la Cruz, PESO manager said yesterday that the activity is in partnership with Concept Placement Resources, Inc. that will represent the employers during the interview and screening.

Skilled workers needed are building and industrial electricians, plumbers, carpenters, masons, steel fixers, structural fabricators, fiiters, welders, instrument fitters and technicians, steel erectors and riggers, pipe fitters and fabricators, engineers, formen, land surveyors.

Ductmen, HVAC/AC technicians, gypsum board installers, aluminum installers, building and industrial painters, heavy duty mechanics and drivers, electronic technicians, housekeepers and cleaners, and general laborers, are also needed.

The interview will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at PESO, 2nd Floor City Hall Building, Luzuriaga Street, Bacolod City, de la Cruz said.

Applicants have to bring documents like copies of their transcript of records, training and employment certificates, and résumé with 2x2 pictures, and passport (if available), he added. *LTG
