An inspiration

It was a day of inspiration for the alumni of Hua Ming and their thousands of friends as they converged and held one of the most successful Alumni Fun Run of the season.

Everyone who joined supported the noble objective of this event, to raise funds to help the economically-challenged but academically-responsible students of their Alma Matter, the St. John's Institute.

The event begun with the Cityscapes group walk competition of four teams – the Capitolville Walkers, the Sta. Clara Walkers, Team Kolasa, who are composed of the hardworking St. Scholastica's Alumnae, and the St. Mary Association of the Queen of Peace Church.

More than 1,300 participants registered and joined the event, making it one of the most successful fun runs this season.

To the organizers, headed by race chairman Ailene Joy Lim of Class 1991, congratulations and may your noble cause serve as an inspiration for Negrenses to emulate!
