Condo studio units
showroom blessed

The first tower of the Hi-Residences Condominium at Burgos Extension, Bacolod City is nearing completion, businessman Vladimir Gonzalez said during the blessing and inauguration of the showroom and studio units at the Home Invest building at Burgos Extension, Bacolod City Saturday.

Gonzalez said the 3.6-hectare planned condominium and commercial complex project, which will be composed of nine buildings with amenities, is proving that Bacolod can be at par with Manila development.

When one see the studio units at the showroom one will feel that he or she is not in Bacolod anymore because what they are selling is “lifestyle,” he said, adding that their interiors are world class.

Gonzalez said that while the first building is nearing completion, they hope to deliver the second building by July next year.

He said the first two towers are six storey buildings, the third and fourthare eight storey buildings with basement parking space, and hopefully, the fifth and sixth towers will be 10 storey buildings.

Gonzalez said the early condo buyers’ investment has increased dramatically from P1.1 million to P1.4 million, or an increase of about 26 percent.

However, the price of condo units in Bacolod is still very cheap compared to the pricing in Manila and Cebu, he said.

The blessing of the showroom was graced by Princess Soraya Jaafar.

Gonzalez, who is running for vice mayor, claimed that during a lunch meeting with Jafaar last week, they discussed about several things including his future plans for Bacolod because she believes in his socio-economic vision for Bacolod

Also present were the partymates of Gonzalez led by former Bacolod Rep. Monico Puentevella.*CGS
