Cellar Fine Wine and Liquor at Balay Quince, 15th and Lacson Street launched a range of Australian Wines from Taylors’ Vinyard in Clare Valley, Australia recently, a press release from the company  said.

Guests were treated to seven varieties from the Taylors Estate Range and the Taylors’ Promised Land Range.

Taylors’ wines have been in the industry for more than three decades.

Jeff Yao, owner of Philon Wines, who has been in the industry for many years, shared his experience with the wines during the launch.

The most popular choices for the night were Taylors’ Promised Land Unwooded Chardonnay, the press release said.

Another top seller from the white wines was the Taylors’ Estate Riesling, a very refreshing wine with vibrant flavors, it added.

From the reds, the top choice was the Taylors’ Estate Shiraz, which had a harmonious blend of flavors from berries, plum, coffee, mocha and vanilla, and the Taylors’ Promised Land Cabernet Merlot.

The wines were paired with food prepared by one of Bacolod’s best chefs and restaurateurs, Jomi Gaston of Trattoria Uma, the press release said.
