A suspected drug pusher was arrested in Siaton town in Negros Oriental, during a buy-bust operation at about 4:10 p.m. Tuesday jointly conducted by the Philippine National Police, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, and the National Bureau of Investigation provincial offices.

Police identified the suspect as Rosendo Rabo, 25, single, of Barangay Poblacion 2 in Siaton. Seized from him were two plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and a P500 marked money.

Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being prepared for filing against the detained suspect, the police said.*JFP
