LJP grabs lead
in bowling tilt

LJP Trading/NPBC grabbed the lead  in the fifth round of competition  in the Edjie  and Maila Balayo Four-Man Team Bowling Tournament at the Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

Anchored by by Gil Villagante, the  frontrunner rolled a  night-high 1,236 pinfalls to dislodge sister team RJ Star NPBC of Rowena Juarez from the top seat.

LJP now  has  a five-round output of 6,161 for an average of 1,232.20 balls per outing.

The members of the leading squad mentored by Buddy Ferrer are Villagante, Jam Morales, Steve Po, Hernand Garciniego, Abe Leong, Rey Gargar and Ed Panes.

The RJ Stars who are behind by 15 pins had a total score of 6,146.

Rommel Jover and Edgar Jerez’ Davies maintained  third place  with 6,057 followed by Eco-saver and 69Ner’s with 5,896 and 5,849 apiece.

Bago City Employees  with 5,833.
