Batch ’89, ’82 pace
NOHS bowling tilt

Batch ’89 and Class ’82 kept their hold on the top two slots of the Negros Occidental High School Inter-class General Alumni Homecoming Bowling Tournament at the Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

Batch ’89 compiled 7,286 pinfalls in five-rounds, while Batch ’82 had 7,271 points to lead the 30 teams in the tournament.

Class ’66 climbed to third from fifth with 7,243 followed by Batch ’97 that remained in fourth spot with 7,232.

Defending champion Class ’73 slipped down from third to fifth position with 7,228.

Rounding out the competitors are Class ’84 with 6,955; Class ’68, 6,954; Class ‘54/56/59 Combined, 6,907; Class ’65, 6,895; Class ’70, 6,845; Class ’83, 6,844; Class ’67, 6,826; Class ’90, 6,790; Class ’85, 6,772; Team ’67, 6,759; Class ’80, 6,715; Class ’71, 6,703; Class ’74, 6,652; Class ’88, 6,603; Class ’58, 6,614; Class ’95, 6,585; 2000 up Combined, 6,508; Class ’62, 6,503; “75 hec, 6,461; Class ’91, 6,405; Class ’92, 6,391; Class ’77, 6,348; Batch ’98, 6,281; Class ’87, 6,222, and Class ’75, 6,007.

Class ’66 and Class ’73 holds the record in highest team single anmd triple with 546 and 1,560 each.

Enrique “King” Tan of Class ’67 rolled the individual highest pinning mark with 93, as Felipe Boy Romero of Class ’73 posted the highest single and triple with147 and 367 pinfalls, respectively.
