4-Man bowlfest
set at Superlanes

The Kami Mga Hubin Bowling Club 4-Man Team Open Tournament will start January 5, at the Super Lanes of the Goldenfields Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

The tournament is open to all bowling enthusiasts in Negros and Panay Island.

KMHBC president Sonny Elegado said there will be gift certificates and trophies for the winners in the team and single competition in both the open rated bracket and in non-rated division.

At stake in the open division, the “Mayor Bing Cup”, is P40,000 worth of gift certificates for the top three winners and P30,000 in the “Cong.Doc Tony Golez Cup” Non-rated department (Bracket C).       

This is a five-game series with the top eight squads in separate division advancing to the next round in the team competition.

Special awards will also be given to the winner in the team’s highest single, individual highest single and the player with the highest score.

Up for grabs is P9,000 in the open singles and P6,000 in the non-rated category.

Meanwhile, the Negros Occidental High School Inter-Class Alumni Bowling Tournament will start January 14 at the Goldenfields Commercial Complex Super Lanes in Bacolod City.*HLG
