Supt. Calixto Mabugat, Kabankalan police chief, yesterday said the arrest of the suspect he identified as Mark Jose Zulueta, yielded two M-16 assault rifles, a .45 caliber pistol, and a super .38 pistol.

Mabugat said the firearms were recovered from the gray Toyota Fortuner with plate number FGP878 driven by Zulueta, who ignored policemen trying to stop him at a checkpoint at 3 a.m. yesterday in Kabankalan City.
