Seven business establishments will host a live cooking demo by chef JP Anglo at the Balay Quince, Bacolod City, starting Jan. 20 to 22 to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Dr. Melissa Anglo said the cooking demo titled “Healthy Foods for Kids,” will start at 4 to 5 p.m. and will also feature a free tasting session.
