‘Acropolis’ offering quality
memorialization services

The Acropolis Gardens, the new memorialization and cremation facility of Teresa Development Corp. in Bacolod City, offers high-end quality services but at an affordable and reasonable cost, Ramon Lacson, Jr., its chief executive officer, said yesterday.

The Greek-inspired facility will be inaugurated tomorrow with Rep. AlfredoAbelardo Benitez(Neg. Occ., 3rd District) as guest of honor and Msgr. Guillermo Gaston leading the blessing and the mass.

At a press conference yesterday, at the Acropolis Administration Building in Bacolod City, Lacson said it is the right time for Bacolod to havea facility like this with a unique concept, convenient amenities, good ambiance, and efficient and quality service.

Geraldine Marie Ramos, president of Acropolis Gardens and the daughter of Lacson, said they offer their services to all social classes at prices competitive to other memorial homes in Bacolod.

“The place may be very beautiful but it was not built in order to create dynamism in terms of the price, but we want a very good place where families can enjoy the garden, the ambiance, so that the grieving moment can be lessened,” Marilyn Cano, its project consultant, said.

Ramos also said the facility comes with a Wi-fi zone courtyard that has eight private chapels equipped with powder rooms, kitchenette, and a telephone unit.

They are also building the Grecian Isles that is a cluster of five single-detached chapels and the Island of Santorini, a chapel that will be completed in six months, she also said.

Cano also said that the company has also invested in best pieces of equipment to deliver efficient and quality service.

Mona Gail Matti, its marketing officer, said the Acropolis Garden has a 1.8-hectare area and that its services are not exclusive for owners Rose Lawns Memorial Park or the Bacolod Memorial Park. It is open to all, she added. *LTG
