Local volunteers in Purok Langgka, Brgy. Taloc, Bago City, are constructing a basketball court with the support of Unilab Philippines.

Dubbed as the “Court of Inspiration”, the project is a collaborative effort between small-town locals and the drug company.

Product Associate Justin Tung said the project is a follow-up pitch for their company’s “Aray Natin, Galing Natin” campaign popularized by boxing icon Manny Pacquiao.

What they are building in Brgy. Taloc, he said, is the fourth Court of Inspiration that will be unveiled by Philippine Basketball Association Legends such as Alvin Patrimonio, Benjie Paras, Vergel Meneses, and Samboy Lim.

Upon completion, the place will be filled with “Legend Markers” – marking areas with powerful messages conveying accomplishments and legacies of basketball legends to inspire the locals to strive hard.
