NPBC/RJ bowlers pace
Friendship Cup tourney

NPBC/RJ Stars led Class A division, and Metro Sales, Davies Fusion I and Condura Ladies in their categories in the recent 19th Sharp Friendship Cup 2012 Open Invitational Trio Bowling Tournament at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza Alley in Bacolod City.

From No. 3, the NPBC of Steve Po led with 1,342 points, while former leader Sharp Team of Irne Diaz slipped to No. 2 with Nonong Ruiz’ TNT C-ZAR Machine Shop with similar 1,335 pinfalls.

Edgar Jerez and Romel Jover Davies “B” fell behind with 1,316 followed by Silverado/ASSFBI of Cecil Ramon Silverio with 1,304.

Completing the Class A initial output are Mulo Car Aircon Services with 1,297; Davies “C”, 1,297; Davies “A”, 1,293, and ESD Electronz, 1,259.

Rey Oreta’s Metro Sales led in the non-rated category with 1,359, while St. Joseph Alumni Association I was second with 1,310.

The visiting Bago City Bowlers was third spot 1,299.

The other competing teams in bracket B are RJ Stars, 1,293; Candles/Alimon Steel, 1,290; FRM Marketing, 1,278; ESD Electronz I, 1,260; Canvil Knights, 1,256; RJPL, 1,252; Philippine Daily Inquirer, 1,229; St. Joseph II, 1,206, and Amor ASSFBI, 1,202.

Topping the women was Davies Fusion I and Condura ASSFBI both with identical 1,266 points.

Tiger Eye and St. Joseph Alumni are second and third with 1,239 and 1,233 reportedly.

The other scores are Kami Mga Gwapa, 1,198; Davies Fusion II, 1,189; RJ Stars/NPBC, 1,079; Panasonic/ON-BACIBA, 1,120, and Racahe, 1,109.
