YBAC gets ready for
3rd conference

After the successful staging of its second conference, Your Basketball Athletic Club is getting ready for its third conference set next month.

YBAC officer Pete Apura said after electing their new set of officers this month, they will finalize the details of their next tournament.

He said four teams had already signified their interest to join the third conference, the Spaghetti Haus, Team-White, Team-Red and Team-Gold.

“We are still waiting for our sponsors’ confirmation allowing these teams to carry the companies’ names,” Apural said.

Spaghetti Haus will be bannered Ian Locsin, Garcia, Marlon Caballero, Co, Wilbert Amoy, Joel Togle, Eric Abanilla, Mawie Carreon, A. Rosal, Dazo, Rey Magno, with Jake Azucena and Oscar Aquino as player-coach. Team managers are Jun Ballesteros and Edwin Fregil.

Listed under the Team White are newcomer Rem delos Reyes, Edmund Inventor, Raymart Pandayunan, Ritchie Yanson, Gershon Sipe, P. Ramis, B. Ramos, Lito Diolaso, Gino Amantillo, Mayo Salazar, N. Ko, and Art Memoria with Inocencio Tan as player-coach and Noel Moracil and Danny Chua as team managers.

The Rolly Buenaflor-mentored Team-Red, on the other hand, will be spearheaded by Mario Reyes, Bong Ibe, Arnel Lapore, N. Soquiña, Randy Pudadera, Nelson Sia Co , Agustin Javarro, Nonoy Pacheco, N. dela Cruz, Robert Capalar, N. Valenzuela, newcomer Peter Reyes, and team co-manager Carlos Centeno. Buenaflor, also serves as one of the team managers.

The Team-Gold coached by Pete Apura and Rene Villacanas will be composed of Eugene Tsai, Ernie Castillo, Edgard Gallo, Narciso Galang, Coco Rodrigo, Nathaniel Bacaron, Paul Fernandez, E. Cañete, Joenel Anico, R. Siolboro and Sam Cordova. Also seeing action for the team are team managers O. Au and V. Javelosa.*NAB
