| Basketball tournament Sixteen teams will vie for the title when the 5th David Albert Lacson Basketball Tournament opens tomorrow in E.B. Magalona, a press release from the Mayor’s Office said. The month-long tournament for players 21 years old and below, will be managed by the town’s Sangguniang Kabataan Federation headed by Luigi Clemente. The competing teams are grouped into two divisions with Bracket A composed of Barangays Manta-angan, Damgo, Consing, III-Poblacion, Madalag, Tanza, I-Poblacion and Tabigue and Bracket B composed of Barangays Alicante, Pasil, Tomongtong, San Jose, Nanca, Sto. Nino, Tuburan and II-Poblacion, the press release said. |
