Solutions sought for
shortage in nursing jobs

The unemployment facing the country's nursing graduates is not the government's sole doing, a press release from Congress said.

CIBAC Rep. Sherwin Tugna says that the shortage is multi-dimensional so any solutions crafted to deal with this problem should be grounded on this reality.

Tugna said, "internal reasons", are the continued offering of the   nursing course in educational institutions without regard to the external developments and the less-informed choices of students who persistently enroll in the course."
