Capitol needs
150-hectare property

The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental is looking for a 120 to 150-hectare lot for its various projects in line with the Negros First Priority Development Agenda of Gov. Alfredo Marañon, Jr., a press release from the capitol said.

Provincial General Services Officer, Lucille Chavez-Pines, said the property must be accessible to the national highway, hospital and public school with available water and power supply.

She added that it must be a titled property and not transferred to agrarian reform beneficiaries, and must be within Bago City or the towns of Pulupandan, San Enrique and Valladolid.

Interested property owners may submit an offer to sell at the Office of the Provincial General Services Officer at the Provincial Administration Center, Aguinaldo Street in Bacolod City not later than April 11 for evaluation by the Appraisal Committee, the press release added.*
