SJI 10-Under booters
keep NOPSSCEA title

St. John’s Institute blanked University of St. La Salle-Integrated School, 2-0, to successfully defend its 10-Under NOPSSCEA football title at the UNO-R football pitch.

A scoreless first half defined the highly-defensive final match, as both teams struggled to find an opportunity to score.

The second half opened with USLS-IS attacking the SJI side and breaking through its defense, but an attempt from one La Sallian player was effectively saved by SJI keeper Nathalie Glaraga.
