Former Bacolod Vice Mayor Renecito and businessman Vladimir Gonzalez have indicated their intention to run in 2013.

Gonzalez said he is considering the position of a vice mayor, Novero did not say what position he is eyeing.

Gonzalez is a member of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino- Lakas ng Bayan, while Novero is a member of the Nationalist People’s Coalition.

Novero said although he is a member of the NPC, he may run as an independent candidate, in an interview over ABS-CBN.

Meanwhile, Gonzalez said he with former Councilor Wilson Gamboa Jr. have solicited advise because they believe that it is the people who decides not the candidate.*CGS
