The 3rd healthy, natural and organic healing food talk and demo by Ronnie Guance of Kusinero Negrense will be held at Aboy’s Restaurant in Goldenfields Complex, Bacolod City, 9 a.m. to 12 noon on May 18, a press release from organizers said.

Guance will cook a meatless and bloodless dinuguan, to show his version of a mix of local healthy natural healing foods. The event is for free, the press release added.*
