PNoy appoints 2 new MANILA – President Benigno Aquino III has appointed new judges to lower courts in various cities and towns in the country, with two for Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental. Presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda, in a press briefing in Malacañang yesterday, said the new appointees are Judge Joseph Elmaco for the Regional Trial Court Branch 36, and Judge Cenon Voltaire Repollo, to the Regional Trial Court Branch 38, both in Dumaguete. Elmaco obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Siliman University in 1982, and was admitted to the Bar in 1984. He served as Second Municipal Circuit Trial Court judge in Bindoyoayungon-Manjuyod, also in Negros Oriental, since 2006. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
