Brownout set today

The Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. will conduct line maintenance activities from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, its press release said.

CENECO will relocate primary poles fronting New Government Center in Bacolod City and trim trees covering the portion of Asdes – Gonzaga Feeder No. 6, the press release said.

Areas affected are Bangga Cubay to Las Palmas along Circumferential Road.

Member-consumers are advised to turnoff their electrical switch/es during the power interruption for safety reasons.

When electricity supply resumes, they must wait about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
