Marson De la Torre scored goals in the 52nd and 59th minute after teammate Ronivic Palerna broke the ice in the 18th minute as Las Buenas FC defeated Trimaxi Agro, 3-1, in the North Football League held at Ayala North Point LRY Football Field in Talisay City.

Archie Bayquin booted in Trimaxi’s lone goal in the 69th minute to prevent a shutout in the tournament that features fast-paced football action among the best talents in the province.

Also posting another win in the tournament was powerhouse team Dynamic Builders as the squad blanked Silver Dragon, 5-0, on goals from Jaime Poderoso in the 30th and 61st minute, Ian Treyes in the 32nd and 72nd minute, and Jason Codova in the 37th.

In the second match, Ceres FC continued to strengthen its position in the team standings by turning back Real Negrense, 3-0.

After a scoreless first half, Ricardo Garcia booted in Ceres’ first goal in the 60th minute while Garett Parcon scored in the 64th and 72nd minute to complete the team’s three-goal output.*NAB
