Bacolod City Police Deputy Director for Administration, Supt. Joseph Bayan was relieved from his post Monday, and will assume as officer-in-charge of the San Carlos City Police Station, Bacolod City Police Director, Senior Supt. Ricardo de la Paz, said yesterday.

De la Paz has designated Supt. Alexander Ermeo as the new deputy director for Administration, in addition to his functions as deputy director for Operations.

He said Bayan will assume the post in San Carlos City left by Supt. Harold Tuzon, who is taking further studies.

De la Paz said he did not assign Supt. Santiago Rapiz as deputy director for Operations because he is already handling several units.

Rapiz is the head of the Special Operations Group, the Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group and as spokesperson of the Bacolod City Police.

Rapiz was the deputy director for operations before the assumption of Bayan as Bacolod City Police deputy director for administration.*APN
