The Public Employment Service Office in Bacolod City will have a pre-registration for jobseekers today and tomorrow at the Robinsons Place Bacolod for a job fair slated on Dec. 7 where 52 local companies and recruitment agencies for jobs abroad will be joining.

The activity is part of the 79th anniversary of the Department of Labor and Employment and in partnership with ABS-CBN Bacolod, PESO manager Moises de la Cruz, said yesterday.

For jobs abroad, recruitment agencies that will join the job fair are Pisces International Placement,East West Placement Center Inc.,GBMLT Manpower Services Inc.,Lead Resources Management Corp.,Golden Legacy Job Movers Corp.,Progressive Employment and Recruitment Agency Inc.,Arab Peninsula Manpower Services Corp.,Jones International Manpower Services Inc.,MSL Star Human Resources Corp., YWA Human Resource Corp.;

Anchor International Manpower Services Inc.,Landbase Human Resource Company, FSL International Manpower and Promotion Services Inc.,YES Human Resources Inc., Mori International Agency Corp.,Skills International Co. Inc.,Career Planners Specialists International Inc.,Orobless International Recruitment Agency Services Inc.,and France Asia International Inc., JS Contractor Inc., will also be hiring, de la Cruz said.

Local companies joining the job fair are Amaia Land Corp.,ZFA Credit Corp.,Teleperformance, Ace Promotion and Marketing Corp.,PhilAm Life,Merci,Insular Life,Convergys,Bong-Bongs,Teletech,5 Star Amalgamated Manpower and Allied Services Inc.,Deka Sales Repair and Contracting Service,de la Cruz also said.

Also joining are San Miguel Corp., Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Lopez Sugar Corp., Fieldmen Janitorial Services Corp., Cebu Mitsumi Inc., Watson, Robinsons Land Corp., Central Azucarera de La Carlota, Kuntel Construction Aldritz Corp., Toyota Bacolod, Distileria Bago, Dynamic Builders, Krush Rock,Zest-O Corp., Grand Regal, First Farmers, and N-Rich.

Applicants must bring their transcript of records,diploma,employment documents, training certificates, and passport (if any). Wearing of slippers and shorts when applying is not allowed, he added.*LTG
