The Active Group recently finalized a joint-venture agreement with the Philippine National Bank to develop nearly 50 hectares of prime property in Bacolod City.

The project, which will be called Centrale, is envisioned as an upscale residential subdivision for the 21st century, a press release from Active said.

It is located in the center of Bacolod, and near commercial establishments, hospitals, schools and government offices, it said.
