The Association of Negros Producers, McCormick and West Negros University will present Sabrina’s Kitchen in Bacolod, a cooking demo with Lifestyle Channel’s Sabrina Artadi, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the WNU Hospitality Management Building, an ANP press release said.
Artadi will also present the McCormick’s online store to the Bacolod market.
Restaurants, hotels and culinary schools may order their ingredients online through http://store.mccormick.com.ph/, the press release said.
The cooking demo will feature condiments and sauces, along with famous Negrense food like chicken inasal. Artadi will also use natural and organic vegetables and fruits supplied by Monchito’s Farm of Mon Peñalosa, the president of the Our Food project of the Association of Negros Producers.
