DLNHS vs CPU softbelles in
friendly game at Isabela

Palarong Pambansa champion Domingo Lacson National High School softball champion team will play an exhibition match against national PRISAA champion Central Philippine University during the Tigkalalag Festival in Isabela town on October 31.

Both teams will display their high-level skills that earned them the national titles and brought honor to Negros Occidental.

The DLNHS squad booked another gold in the Palarong Pambansa secondary softball this year after dominating the competition in Lingayen, Pangasinan.

The Centrallians, on the other had, bagged the PRISAA crown in Zamboanga City in 2011 and successfully defended the crown in Cebu early this year.

In the team roster of both squads are Negrense athletes who trained in the little league softball team of Bacolod City’s ETCS, under Tess Himpolaran and Mimi Siocon.

Facilitating the softball exhibition game in Isabela is Provincial Board member Emlio Yulo, with the support of former Mayor Renato Malabor and former board member Enrique Montilla.*NAB
