SRA moves Cebu office

The Sugar Regulatory Administration has transferred its Cebu office at the Cebu Port Authority Terminal 3 recently, a press release from the agency said.

The office will issue shipping permits for sugar coming out of Cebu right inside the port complex.

The new location will be the SRA’s base for monitoring sugar that goes in and out of the province as it is strategic to closely monitor the entry of imported sugar in the Visayas, the press release said.

SRA Administrator Ma. Regina Martin visited the new office recently, it added.*
