4 Negros towns
get police OICs

BY GILBERT BAYORAN

Four towns in Negros Occidental got new police officers-in-charge effective immediately, as their police chiefs will attend school for a three-month career advancement course.

Inspector Barry Depalobos will head the Don Salvador Benedicto Police Station, Senior Inspector Gary Alan Resuma – La Castellana Police Station, Senior Inspector Danilo Zuniega - Toboso Police Station, while Inspector Celjun Nemenio has temporarily taken over the Murcia Police Station.

Depalobos and Nemenio used to serve as deputy police chiefs of Don Salvador Benedicto and Murcia, before they assumed their new assignments, as officers-in-charge, police records show.

Senior Inspector Nasser Canja of Toboso Police Station, Senior Inspector Argel Ancheta of Don Salvador Benedicto Police Station, Senior Inspector Allan Reloj of La Castellana Police Station and Senior Inspector Norberto Barniso of Murcia Police Station, will attend the Public Safety Officers Advance Course at the PNP Regional Training Centers in Bacolod and in Cebu, respectively, on Aug. 23.

Seven other police commissioned officers assigned at the Bacolod City Police Office also attended a similar advancement course.*GPB
