Interior designer joins
trade fair with finery

The fine crafts of Negrense Manon Campos Hernaez are ready for the 27th Negros Trade Fair slated Sept. 26-30 at the Rockwell Tent in Makati City, a press release from event organizers said.

After Hernaez began to venture into crafting beads and bangles, it was a long process of experiments until she got the finish that she wanted. Later she had to scour car shops and machine shops that could replicate the process she perfected, the press release said.

Her latest collection can be viewed by trade fair visitors at the Marayo Booth A66, it added.

The 27th Negros Trade Fair is a not-for-profit undertaking of the ANP designed to give small and medium entrepreneurs of Negros a window to Manila and beyond, the press release said.

Inspired by the theme Beyond Limits, this year’s trade fair will feature innovative products from the five sectors of the ANP including fashion, furniture, gifts and housewares, food, and organic and natural products, the press release added.*
