Family food traditions
to sweeten trade fair

Three families who are members of the Association of Negros Producers will celebrate their love for food and desire to share the culinary secrets handed down through generations, a press release from the organizers of the 27th Negros Trade Fair that will start Wednesday at the Rockwell Tent in Makati City said.

Preserved and bottled food products of Papa Daniel will be found at the Casa Carmela Booths A39 and A40 of the fair, while Felicia’s pastries will be available at Booth A41, the press release said.

T-Flavors offerings will be at Booth A27 while El Ideal’s breads, pastries, and other bakery products will be sold at Booth A33 & A34.

The 27th Negros Trade Fair is designed to give small and medium entrepreneurs of Negros a window to Manila and beyond, the press release said.

Inspired by the theme “Beyond Limits,” this year’s trade fair will feature innovative products from the five sectors of the ANP: Fashion, Furniture, Gifts & Housewares, Food, and Organic and Natural Products, it added.*
