Trimaxi edges Ceres in
NFL tournament

Competition in the 3rd Conference of the North Football League heats up with Trimaxi Agro edging powerhouse Ceres Transport, 1-0, in their latest match-up at the Ayala North Point field.

With both teams playing good defense in the first half, Archie Pamilar got away from his defender to score for Trimaxi in the 44th minute.

Ceres effort to equalize in the second half was thwarted by Trimaxi as their defense held on until the final whistle.

Also registering a victory in the NFL are Silver Dragon and Dynamic Builders with dominating victories against separate rivals.

Silver Dragon blew away Real Negrense, 11-4 with Philip Rebacca, Francis Rebacca, and Raymond Goyon scoring two goals each, while Kim Tiqulla, Jerry Gaspan, Ariola, Rogen Montero, and Jorge Juance had one goal each.

Noah Sajo, Christian Clauor, William Clauor, and Mark Uberas scored for Real Negrense.

Meanwhile, Dynamic Builders beat La Buenas FC, 5-1, courtesy of two goals from Ali Go and one goal each from Ian Treyes, Mark Arandilla, and Jason Cordova.

Marson Dela Torre prevented a shutout with a goal for Las Buenas FC in the 38th minute.*NAB
