The U.S. brand Payless Shoesource, distributor of the trendy, comfortable, high-quality and affordable footwear,  opened yesterday  at SM City Bacolod, a press release from the firm said.

There’s a shoe style that suits just about any occasion that calls for footwear. Shoppers will also enjoy the convenience of footwear sectioned according to shoe size and the choice on  half sizes, the press release said.

Payless, which offers collective brands, is the largest specialty family footwear retailer in the Western hemisphere.

As of the end of third quarter of 2010, the company operated nearly 4,500 stores.
