Don't violate
gun ban, RPA warned
BY GILBERT BAYORAN

Brig. Gen. Gregorio Fajardo said yesterday that members of the Revolutionary Proletarian Army-Alex Boncayao Brigade should not bring their firearms outside their camps, to avoid being held accountable for violation of the Comelec gun ban.

"They will be arrested, just like soldiers, policemen and individuals, if they violate provisions of the Comelec gun ban," Fajardo, commanding general of the 303rd Infantry Brigade, said. Senior Supt. Rosendo Franco, provincial police director, also echoed the statement of Fajardo, saying nobody is above the law in the enforcement of the Comelec gun ban. moremoremore
