A 51-year-old farm worker has been accused by his three minor daughters of molesting them since 2003, in cities of Sagay and Cadiz, the police said yesterday.

The farm worker who allegedly turned his three daughters into sex slaves for almost three years, was endorsed to the Cadiz police on Wednesday by Celestino Villacin Brgy. Capt. Manuel Verbo.

He will be charged with multiple rape, PO2 Melinda Taganile, chief of the city police Women's and Children Concerned Desk, said. moremoremore

NEA suspends
5 CENECO officials

The National Electrification Administration has placed under a 30-day preventive suspension five officials of the Central Negros Electric Cooperative, including board president Eddie Guillem and officer-in-charge Noriel Bermudez, pending the resolution of the administrative charges they are facing before NEA.

Other officials named in the seven-page order, served yesterday by the NEA management team headed by Deputy Administrator Edilberto Bassig, are board vice president Jobert Tagobader, secretary Gregorio Duremdes, and treasurer Gerardo Solas.

Bassig came with designated project supervisor for CENECO, Eddie Adlao, who was previously assigned in Eastern Visayas. moremoremore

This motorcycle was dragged by a taxi in a vehicular accident at Lupit bridge along Araneta Street, Bacolod City, causing the death of its driver and injury of six others.*

A 20-year-old man was killed and six were injured when his motorcycle collided with a taxi at the Lupit Bridge I, Araneta Street, Brgy. Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City, at about 3:10 a.m. yesterday.

The head-on collision caused the instant death of motorcycle driver Aubrey Espinosa Rojo, of Zone 4, Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City and injury to his companion Norlyn Mahinay Fernandez, 20, who was thrown into the river by the impact of the collision, police reports said.

Also injured were taxi driver Ronillo Morin Mesa and his passengers Albert Erica Granada; Richard Dizon Gigantuca, 28; Jay Ann Baldomar, 21 and Ana Marie Gegantuca, 29, all of Cabugwason, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City, police reports said. moremoremore
