The Bacolod City (Host) Lions Club conducted a medical mission in three barangays in Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, recently, a press release from the club said.

Recipients were 560 residents in Maricalum, 296 in Cayhagan, and in Nabulao, 413.

The project was in cooperation with the Magdalo Group, and is one of those led by incoming president, Dr. Leonilo Del Carmen, the press release added.

Meanwhile, a free medical clinic and feeding program was conducted at Zone 4, in Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City, recently, by Tiens-Tiansi Phils. Inc., DAWIS Kinderhome Inc., with the office of Bacolod Councilor Wilson Gamboa Jr., the press release said.*
