Sen. Francis Joseph Escudero will be the guest of honor at the groundbreaking of the panoramic elevator to be installed at the Hall of Justice, in Bacolod City tomorrow, a press release from lawyer William Mirano said.

Negros Occidental Gov. Isidro Zayco and Executive Judge Ray Alan Drilon of the Regional Trial Court will give messages.

The installation of the elevator is the project of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Negros Occidental chapter headed by Rodolfo Parreño and vice president Gina Mirano-Jesena, who will give the opening and closing remarks, respectively.

Emcee of the program will be Ma. Corazon Katalbas, the press release added.*
