The Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines-Metro Bacolod Chapter will hold its Continuing Education Program Lecture Series on July 30 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Saltimboca Restaurant at 15th Street, Bacolod City, a press release from the group said.

Real estate brokers who will attend the seminar will earn 16 to 20 hours of CEP credits, which are required for the renewal of their licenses in January 2010.

With the signing into law of the Real Estate Service Act, or Republic Act 9646, all brokers are encouraged to attend these CEP Lecture Series, the press release said.

Next lectures will be on August 17 and 27 and on September 10 and 26 at the same venue.
