Pabalinas MMA Victorias fighters Anjie Manzano, Randy De Asis, and Nilrax De Café beat their separate opponents to register three victories for the team in the Muay Thai competition of the Las Tribe Warriors’ Art Rumble 4 organized by the Aksyon Radyo-Bacolod Saturday at the Negros Occidental Multi Purpose Activity Center in Bacolod City.

Manzano and De Asis won over Elmer Tortogo and John Nillos of Tribu Hangaway while De Café prevailed against Rosendo Tayco of Black Falcon Martial Arts Association.

Registering two wins for Basdomas Talisay Combative Sport were Ferdinand Garcia and Romnic Malan who beat Joshua Patac of Tribu Hangaway and Joselito Bianan, respectively.

Hangaway’s sole win was courtesy of Obrienne Vidal who overpowered Black Falcon Martial Arts Association-Main’s Jimboy Malayang.

In the Grappling category, Submission Sports Philippines-Bacolod won four fights against Tribu Hangaway while Affinity Team Bacolod salvaged the two bouts that escaped from SSP-Bacolod’s clutches.

Vidal Londres of SSP-Bacolod outfought Hangaway’s Jasper Vidad, Mark Poronce beat Lyle Perje, and Joey Su slipped past Miguel Mosquero for the team’s four victories.

Affinity Team Bacolod fighters Jon Tulio and Charles Del Castillo madder their marks by subduing Edmund Acosido and Richard Dulaca of Hangaway.

Coordinating the event with Aksyon Rady-Bacolod were the Tapondo International Federation Inc. and Tribu Hangaway led by its founder, Master Roy Flores.

The event was witnessed by close to 500 spectators who braved the rains and trooped to NOMPAC.

JJ Deocampo, Aksyon Radyo-Bacolod station manager said they staged the competition to showcase local talents in Muay Thai.

“Our thrust is news and more and we will be organizing more fights in the months to come,” Deocampo said.*
