The Oblation Women Sorcerers triathlon team recently won the gold in the women's relay of 3rd Fun Triathlon and Aquathlon competition sponsored by Sta. Fe Resort and TRAIN in Bacolod City .

The team topped the relay event which covered 300m swim, 10-K bike and 2.5-K off road run.

The triumphant group was composed of ophthalmologist Dr. TIna Eusebio (swim), endocrinologist Dr. Viki Guanzon (bike) and neurosurgeon Dr. Gigi Parreno (run), all graduates of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine.

All three women doctors are practicing their profession in Bacolod .

Meanwhile, the MEDTREK group is inviting all bikers to join the Ben Morana Road Safety Fun Ride on Nov. 5, a press release from the organizers said.

Registration will start at 5 a.m. with participants in the fun ride taking off from the New Government Center parking lot at 6:30 a.m.

Free snacks will be distributed and a raffle will be held after the fund ride. The logo "Share The Road” will also be launched during the event, the press release said.*
